Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Visomax ("the Service"), operated by sDevra Technologies, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Visomax is an AI discoverability audit platform that analyzes publicly accessible web pages to measure how visible they are to AI search engines. The Service crawls URLs you provide, queries AI engines, and generates reports with scores and recommendations.

3. Accounts and Access

Free scans do not require an account. Paid plans (Pro, Growth, Agency) require a valid email address for authentication via magic link. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service to scan URLs you do not own or have permission to audit
  • Attempt to circumvent rate limits, tier restrictions, or access controls
  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law
  • Resell, redistribute, or sublicense access to the Service without written consent
  • Introduce malicious code, spam, or automated scripts beyond authorized API use

5. Subscription and Billing

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually via Stripe. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period. Refunds are not provided for partial billing periods.

6. Data and Content

Visomax crawls publicly accessible web pages — the same content available to any search engine or AI crawler. Audit reports are stored securely and associated with your account. You retain ownership of your data. We do not sell your data to third parties. See our Privacy Policy for details.

7. API Usage

API access is available on paid plans. API keys are personal and non-transferable. Usage is subject to per-tier rate limits. We reserve the right to throttle or suspend API access for abuse or excessive usage.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, algorithms, and branding, is the intellectual property of sDevra Technologies. Reports generated by the Service may be used, shared, and distributed by the account holder. Agency-tier users may white-label reports for their clients.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. AI visibility scores are based on point-in-time queries and may vary. We do not guarantee specific search rankings, AI mentions, or business outcomes. Recommendations are informational and should not be considered professional SEO advice.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, sDevra Technologies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms, abuse of the platform, or non-payment. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Stored data may be deleted after 30 days.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email to registered users. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
